Yes, Theatre 154 is a wheelchair accessible venue. When you arrive at 154 Christopher Street you will use the elevator in the lobby to go down to the ground floor. Take a left out of the elevator and the theater will be on your left. There is a ramp from the theatre lobby to the audience seating. Row A and AA/table seats are all on the ground level of the theater. Rows B-F are on elevated risers that require the use of stairs.
If you have accessibility needs, please reach out to us at boxoffice@ootbtheatris.com. We would be happy to help you.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management. Please be aware that some of our productions do not offer late seating. Check your ticket for the late seating policy of each production.

Unfortunately, all sales are final and we can not offer refunds. If you can no longer attend a production, we recommend donating your ticket back to the theatre or re-sell it with our trustworthy partners over on the TheatrApp. Please email boxoffice@ootbtheatrics.com with any questions, concerns, or if you’d like to donate your ticket.

Exchange requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled performance date and time, and such requests are subject to availability. Our box office staff will do their absolute best to facilitate the exchange of tickets so that you can retain your original seating location, but please note that this is not guaranteed.
If you need to make an exchange request or if you have any questions and concerns, we kindly ask that you email us at boxoffice@ootbtheatrics.com. When reaching out, please ensure you include your name, your order number, and the date you wish to exchange to.

Did you miss your performance? If you were unable to attend the performance for which you originally purchased tickets, we will make every effort to honor your unused, paid tickets, which are often referred to as past-dated tickets, for a future performance of the same production. If you are interested in past dating your tickets, please present your unused, paid tickets to our box office at 60 minutes prior to the performance you’d like to use your past-date tickets for.
We can not accommodate past-date tickets prior to 60 minutes before curtain. This is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability, so while we will do our best to accommodate you, it is important to understand that it is not guaranteed.
It may be necessary to attempt our past date ticket policy on more than one occasion. Cancellation line/rush will take priority over past-dating opportunities in the case of a sold-out performance. Complimentary tickets are not eligible to past date.
